Hotline to Signal

Simple script

Step 1

Hotline receives a call

Dispatcher to Signal group: ICE Alert ! for a "watch" (not confirmed)
ICE Alert !! for "confirmed" (ICE presence is confirmed)

Step 2

Signal group to chat: "R" for received

Step 3

Dispatcher to Signal group: Provide location

Step 4

Signal group to chat: Type in your estimated arrival time
DO NOT add anything to the chat if you can not respond

Step 5

Last to leave scene

Signal group to chat: Last to leave the scene sends "D" (for done)
Dispatcher to Signal group: Confirm the action is complete

Step 6

Wrap up
