As immigration enforcement continues, grassroots efforts from groups like the Twin Ports Rapid Response team are gathering residents to remind them of their constitutional rights.

In light of the current threat of ICE and federal agent activity against our migrant and international communities throughout the state of Minnesota, the Twin Ports Rapid Response Team will hold a press conference to publicly announce our group, explain the purpose of the constitional observer role, announce the hotline number, and to encourage our Duluth community to join us in creating a strong safety net around our migrant and international neighbors and friends. We will have contact info available.
