"Community members have seen and heard about ICE agents operating across the country, including here in Minnesota. From the Somali population in the Twin Cities, to people living on the Iron Range. As immigration enforcement continues, grassroots efforts from groups like the Twin Ports Rapid Response team are gathering residents to remind them of their constitutional rights.

"According to their members, the organization acts as whistleblowers to ICE agents who may be conducting arrests in the Northland. Charlotte Frantz says the group’s goal is to be witnesses to immigration enforcement actions, establish an emergency response network, and spread constitutional awareness."

the Twin Ports Resist ICE

Press event: We will publicly introduce our efforts to resist ICE actions.

In light of the current threat of ICE and federal agent activity against our migrant and international communities throughout the state of Minnesota, the Twin Ports Rapid Response Team will hold a press conference to publicly announce our group, explain the purpose of the constitional observer role, announce the hotline number, and to encourage our Duluth community to join us in creating a strong safety net around our migrant and international neighbors and friends. We will have contact info available.
